1. Definitions
- User / You: Any individual or business that uses MetricsPi.
- Account: Your registered profile that allows you to access MetricsPi Services.
- Agent: An AI chatbot or automation instance you create through the platform.
- Embeddings / Data: Information or files you upload for processing by MetricsPi.
- Subscription Plan: Paid service level that defines usage and features.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, and use the platform only for lawful purposes.
3. Services Overview
MetricsPi provides AI-powered automation tools that allow users to create AI agents, upload business data, and integrate APIs. Features may change or update periodically.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Services are subscription-based (monthly or annual).
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
- You can cancel or upgrade anytime in your Dashboard → Billing.
5. Use of AI and Uploaded Data
You retain ownership of your uploaded data. By submitting content, you grant MetricsPi a limited license to process and store it solely to deliver Services. We do not sell or reuse your data for external AI model training.
6. API Access
API keys are unique to your account. You are responsible for their safe use. MetricsPi may suspend or revoke keys in cases of abuse or security risks.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Do not upload unauthorized or confidential third-party data.
- Do not interfere with the platform or attempt unauthorized access.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, design, and technology within MetricsPi (except your data) are the exclusive property of MetricsPi. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
9. Data Security and Privacy
Your use of MetricsPi is subject to our Privacy Policy. We use encryption, access control, and monitoring to protect user data.
10. Limitation of Liability
MetricsPi is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse. Data may be deleted after account termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Sri Lanka Courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our Services evolve. Updates will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
